Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before finalizing your order. If an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to issue a refund for that specific item, but this will not automatically cancel your entire order.
Plain Tutu Leotards
Most of our plain tutus are ready to ship within 1-5 business days. Please check each individual listing for specific turnaround times, noted in bold within the item description.
Made-to-Order Items
Items featuring a custom design are made to order and not available for immediate shipping. Our current estimated turnaround time for these items is 5-15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This timeframe begins on the next business day after your order is placed. Rush orders are available, but please confirm with us before ordering. Please note that made-to-order items are final sale.
Pre-Sales and Restocks
For pre-orders and restocked items, the estimated turnaround time is typically 8-12 business weeks, unless specified otherwise. We aim to fulfill orders ahead of schedule. Please do not combine ready-to-ship items with those that have longer turnaround times, as we do not ship partial orders; your entire order will ship once all items are ready.
Sales, Promotions, and Discount Codes
To apply discount codes during promotions, they must be entered at checkout. Once an order is placed, discounts cannot be retroactively applied, and orders cannot be canceled to use a promotion. Certain items, including Gemmed Tutu Leos, socks, shoes, handbags, sunglasses, t-shirts, tanks, pullovers, grab bags, and bundle collaboration deals, are excluded from promotions. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, applied to past purchases, or used for gift cards, and they cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
Please note that during sales, turnaround times may increase due to higher order volumes; we appreciate your understanding and suggest planning for potential delays.
Important Notice
If a discount is applied to an explicitly marked as ineligible, you will be invoiced for the difference. The order cannot be canceled in this case.
When ordering tutu leotards, please ensure careful consideration and accurate measurements. Size charts are available in each listing by scrolling through the product photos. Most leotards fit true to size, so we recommend selecting your child's usual size. If you have sizing questions, we are happy to assist, but we cannot be responsible for incorrect size selections. All sales are final.
Return Exemptions
All sales are final; we do not offer exchanges or returns unless there is an issue with your order. We cannot be held responsible for damage or issues occurring after 48 business hours of receiving your item. If you modify the item or do not follow care instructions, we will not be liable for any related problems. Please adhere to the care instructions provided on the tag and included with your package.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Please take care when opening packages; avoid using scissors or knives in a way that may damage the item. We recommend not allowing children with dirty hands to open packages and ensuring items are opened on clean surfaces.
Minor imperfections such as ink marks smaller than a nickel, wrinkles from packaging, or small blemishes on tulle are not considered flaws. As all our items are handmade, please refrain from ordering if you are not comfortable with these potential characteristics.
If you receive a flawed item or the wrong size, please contact us immediately upon receipt or within the first 5 business days. We will provide exchange instructions, and the item must be returned within 10 business days—no exceptions.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Transit times vary based on your selected shipping service and destination. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments, and first-class shipping does not include insurance. If you wish to insure your package, we recommend selecting priority shipping.
Please note that our turnaround time does not include shipping or transit time. If you need your order by a specific date, we can often accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us with your desired date, and we’ll confirm if we can meet your deadline. Once approved, include a note at checkout.
If you require expedited processing, you can choose our RUSH option during checkout. We do not ship single orders multiple times; if you order ready-to-ship items alongside those with longer turnaround times, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.
