Kindly be aware that all sales are final, and we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications to orders once they have been placed. We kindly request that you exercise caution and carefully consider your order before finalizing it.

Kindly note that in the event an item becomes unavailable, we retain the right to issue a refund for that specific item. However, please be assured that this does not automatically result in the cancellation of your entire order.

PLAIN TUTU LEOTARDS

The majority of our plain tutus are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Please take a moment to review each individual listing, as it may have its own specific turnaround time.


Made-to-Order Items:

Items that feature a design are made to order and are not available in stock. Currently, our turnaround time for items with an image is 21 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping times. Please note that the turnaround time begins on the next business day following the placement of your order.


Pre-Sales and Restocks:

For pre-orders and restocked items, the estimated turnaround time is 6-8 business weeks, unless otherwise specified.

 

Sales, Promotions, and Discount Codes:

When participating in a special promotion, please note that discount codes must be entered at checkout in order to be applied to your order. This promotion cannot be retroactively added once an order is placed, and orders cannot be canceled to apply the promotion.

Certain items are excluded from this promotion, including Gemmed Tutu Leo's, socks, shoes, handbags, sunglasses, t-shirts, tanks, pullovers, Grab bags, and bundle collaboration deals. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupon codes. It is not valid on past purchases or the purchase of gift cards. Additionally, it cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

During a sale, our turnaround times may increase due to a high volume of orders. We kindly ask you to plan accordingly and anticipate potential delays.

Please ensure careful consideration and accurate measurements when placing your order for our tutu leotards. We provide size charts in each listing, which can be accessed by scrolling through the product photos. Most of our tutu leotards are designed to fit true to size, so we recommend selecting your child's usual size. Should you have any inquiries regarding sizing, we are here to assist. However, please note that we cannot be held accountable for any sizing errors made by you. We are unable to determine the appropriate size for your child; our role is to provide information on how our tutu leotards typically fit. Any incorrect size selections are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot accept liability for such instances. Please be aware that all sales are final.
