PLAIN TUTUS:

Most plain tutus are READY TO SHIP in 24-72 business hours.

*Please read each individual listing as it will have its own TAT.*

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

Anything with a design is MTO and is not in stock. Our current turn around time for anything with an image is 21 business days-- not counting weekends or holidays, or shipping times.

*TAT begins the next business day after your order is placed*

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders are 10-12 business weeks. 

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped using USPS and UPS--transit times vary by state as well as the shipping service you choose at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipping. First class shipping is not insured, if you wish to have your package insured please choose priority shipping.

Shipping time depends on product, normal processing time is 3-4 weeks, during the holidays we get extremely busy and processing time can take 4-6 weeks, for anything that is not ready to ship, please read each individual listing very carefully for turn around details.

This does not include shipping/transit time. If you need an order by a specific date, we can normally accommodate you, as we do offer rush shipping options for an additional fee. Please email me with a date and we will discuss if it’s a possibility to meat your special event once we approve please put a note in at checkout.

RETURNS:

All sales are final! No refunds or returns as each item is made to order. In the special circumstances that we honor a return or exchange, we must be contacted within 5 buisness days of you receiving item, once we confirm exchange of unworn items with tags attached we must receive it within 10 business days, or exchange/return will not be honored.
